Best Roborock discounts for Amazon Prime Day 2021

roborock s4 max

Roborock S4 Max

The S4 Max is a back-to-basics pick that packs in all of the high-end vacuum cleaning of its more expensive stablemates but keeps the price down by excluding the mopping functionality.

Despite its lower cost there's been no compromise to the battery power. The S4 Max's 5200mAh battery will, on Quiet, give you 180 minutes of cleaning.

The S4 Max features an Adaptive Route Algorithm to calculate the most efficient cleaning route based on a room's shape and in-room obstacles, so you'll actually find that it runs into trouble less frequently the more you use it, as it learns areas it needs to avoid.

It’s the ideal choice for smaller homes that don’t require some of the S6 MaxV and S5 Max features, and those who want a budget-friendly option.

Roborock E4 Mop

Roborock's cleaners are all incredibly competitive when it comes to pricing but, if you're looking for the cheapest entry to the Roborock party then look no further than the E4 Mop.

It may not have the advanced tracking and laser guidance of its more expensive siblings but you are still getting a fantastic cleaning performance from a 2000Pa vacuum and a 180ml water tank for mopping.

28% larger than previous E-series Roborock models, the upgraded E4 mopping system uses innovative hydraulics to let you adjust the water flow to meet different cleaning preferences.

Roborock S6 MaxV

Roborock S6 MaxV

The Roborock S6 MaxV is the absolute top of the range when it comes to Roborock models: it has the biggest internal battery (5,200mAh), it covers the most area (2,690 square feet), has the highest suction power (2,500Pa) and it lasts the longest on a single charge.

It's also the most expensive in the line-up, but you get what you pay for. Apart from the specs we've mentioned, the roving automated cleaner also comes with two cameras for better obstacle avoidance and distance judging, an integrated water tank for mopping, and more suction than any other Roborock model.

With a 297ml water tank and a runtime of 180 minutes, it’s the ideal device in the Roborock lineup for big, busy homes with lots of obstacles.

s6 pure roborock

Roborock S6 Pure

As with all recent Roborock models, it's the array of sensors that allow for all the clever stuff in terms of mapping rooms and routes; an area where Roborock really excels.

The little circle on top of the device is the unit where the heavy-lifting of mapping and tracking is done. It features an ultrasonic radar sensor, a cliff sensor, a gyroscope, an accelerometer, a speedometer, and an electronic compass.

The S6 Pure also packs in a 5,200mAh battery, 150-minute runtime and 2,153 square feet coverage area.

If you are interested in the mopping feature then the good news is the water tank is almost 30% bigger than on the S6; up from 140ml to 180ml.

Roborock S5 Max

The S5 Max delivers an efficient and comprehensive vacuuming and mopping experience, able to cover up to 300 square meters for up to 180 minutes — all while producing just 69db in balanced mode.

You get the same mapping and mopping features as the S6 MaxV in the app, too, with the water tank able to hold 290ml, which is double the capacity of its predecessor.

Unlike its siblings, it is also available in a white finish, as well as black, and still comes packing the LiDAR navigation system and adaptive route algorithm.

Mopping up the competition: Roborock S7

We've seen great mopping on a range of the latest Roborocks, such as the S6 Max V and the S5 Max, but the S7 is the first model to boast sonic mopping and an intelligent automatic lift.

What this means is that underneath the mopping pad is an ultrasonic vibration plate so, rather than a wet pad simply wiping away at your hard floors, the theory is the extra movement adds a bit of elbow grease to the process.

In the Roborock app you can choose between high-intensity scrub settings from 1,650 times per minute, up to to 3,000 times per minute.

This sonic mopping feature equates to a doubling of the pressure of both the S6 Max V and the S5 Max - which are also both excellent moppers already.

As well as the advanced mopping skills, the S7 has all the high-end power we've come to expect from Roborock; including a 2,500Pa suction rating and a whopping 5,200mAh battery.

Okay, so it's not as big of a discount as some of its stablemates but, given it's pretty much brand new to the market, it's still a great deal that represents a fantastic investment for cleaning up your home.
