Ecovacs took the covers off its latest flagship cleaning robot: the Deebot X8 Pro Omni at CES 2025 last month and it’s now available to buy.
The new smart home cleaner is now available for pre-order ahead of shipping next month.
The Deebot X8 Pro Omni will ship with an $1,300 price tag, but you can currently get 10% off through Amazon, which will bring the shipped price down to $1,169.99. That price-cut lasts until 2 March.
Ecovacs has been making waves in the robotic cleaning space for a few years now, and the X8 Pro Omni is the latest in a long line of high-end robo cleaners from the Chinese brand.
Boasting a whopping 18,000Pa of suction power, AI-powered navigation, and a host of other premium features, the X8 Pro Omni is sure to be a hit with tech-savvy homeowners looking to keep their floors spotless.
It features a ZeroTangle 2.0 main brush and an OZMO vertically-spinning roller mop to ensure both carpets and hard floors get a thorough clean.
Its AI-powered LiDAR navigation system means it should be able to navigate your home with ease, avoiding obstacles and creating detailed 3D maps that you can customize via the app. There’s also Matter connectivity on board, although that won’t arrive until Q2 next year via an update.
The included Omni Station is a 12-in-1 behemoth, taking care of everything from emptying the dustbin to washing and drying the mop.
It even adds cleaning solution and keeps the mop fresh for up to 150 days, so you can spend less time worrying about maintenance and more time enjoying your clean floors.
