Samsung has taking another step toward its “Screens Everywhere” vision by rolling out a new range of smart refrigerators, with AI-powered features (natch) and more screen size options.
The 2025 range includes 4-Door, 4-Door French Door, and Side-by-Side models, all featuring Samsung’s upgraded AI Vision Inside and new display configurations.
The big change on previous line-ups is the addition of a 9-inch AI Home screen on select models.
Smaller than Samsung’s behemoth Family Hub displays, the 9-inch display still delivers a full suite of smart features, including food tracking, meal recommendations, and smart home controls.
You can still get a whopper of a screen too, if you want; the lineup also includes 21.5-inch and 32-inch Family Hub screens.
The upgraded AI Vision Inside system now recognizes 37 different types of food for better inventory management.
Plus, if you frequently store the same items, the fridge will remember them, making it easier to track what’s inside. It also works with the built-in screens to suggest recipes and highlight expiration dates, making meal planning more seamless.
Samsung unveiled its plans for an ambient smart home earlier this year and the new fridges play a part in that, and the Korean company’s vision of hiding a smart home hub in as many devices as possible, with plenty of AI Home and SmartThings tech baked into the new line-up, including Map View and SmartThings energy management.
Using the screen you’ll be able to can monitor and control Samsung appliances and third-party devices, such as smart plugs and lights, directly from the fridge.
There’s also a new Daily Board feature that provides real-time updates on schedules, weather, and energy usage throughout the day, and voice recognition allows family members to receive personalized responses based on their preferences, as well as built-in Spotify streaming and SmartView Mirroring.
Samsung’s 2025 refrigerator lineup will be available starting in late spring, with a variety of configurations to suit different kitchen layouts.

Samsung has also taken the covers off of a new suite of connected washing machines too that, you won’t be surprised to hear, also boast AI Home smarts, displays and SmartThings features aplenty.
